Bashtian Caviar was founded with a simple purpose: to offer exceptional caviar without unnecessary ceremony.
For centuries, caviar has been enjoyed around tables where quality mattered more than presentation. It has always been a product defined by craftsmanship, patience, and respect for tradition, not by spectacle.
Today, much of the industry focuses on exclusivity and image. We believe the experience should begin with the caviar itself. The quality of the roe, its freshness, texture, and flavor will always matter more than the story surrounding it.

Three varieties. Nothing unnecessary.
Rather than offering an extensive catalog, we have chosen to focus on three carefully selected varieties. Each one is sourced to meet the same standard we would expect for our own table.
This approach is intentional. A smaller collection allows us to focus on consistency, freshness, and quality without compromise. Every tin bearing the Bashtian name has earned its place through that standard alone.
